The personal data we collect from our customers is requested when purchasing or ordering products or services at the CoWork Studio facilities or on our website or on moment of creating the client area on the CoWork Studio website.

The collection and processing of personal data by CoWork Studio has the following purposes (1) Customer management, (2) Marketing, (3) Profiling, (4) Video surveillance and (5) Recruitment, which we detail below:
 
1) Customer Management, as CoWork Studio is dedicated to providing services in the area of ​​renting closed offices and secretaries on a coworking basis, or even taking pre-contractual arrangements at the client's request, such as quotes.
 
2) Marketing, CoWork Studio may process the personal data collected to send to the respective holder of information and news about products and services sold by it, as well as news about events, among others. However, this processing of personal data will be carried out solely and exclusively with the express consent of the holder, which may be via email request or by subscribing to our newsletter in the area of ​​our website for this purpose. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via email. We may share the personal data collected with third parties that manage social networks, such as Facebook, for the purpose of carrying out marketing campaigns through social networks.
 
Consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be revoked at any time by the holder.

3) Profile definition, CoWork Studio performs the definition of profiles based on information related to purchases made at our facilities, recording the products purchased, amounts paid, date and time. The information collected is analyzed to identify your consumption profile, allowing CoWork Studio to improve its offer and plan its communication, sending personalized information suited to the customer profile. each customer.
 
4)The CoWork Studio facilities have a video surveillance system, duly signposted only in areas with public/common access to the company. The installation of this system results from the Private Security Law (Law No. 34/2013, of May 16, art. 8. No. 2) and is a legal obligation aimed at protecting people and property . Image recordings obtained by video surveillance systems are kept, in a coded record, for a period of 30 days from their capture, after which they are destroyed (without prejudice to conservation for a longer period in the event of legal proceedings).

5) Recruitment, during the staff selection and recruitment process, CoWork Studio collects and processes the personal data of the respective candidates, which will be kept for 1 year.

Sharing and Transfer of Personal Data

CoWork Studio may use subcontractors for the maintenance, hosting and management of its computer systems and equipment, under the terms permitted by the legislation that regulates the processing of personal data, with these entities being obliged to store absolute confidentiality regarding them and to guarantee security regarding the personal data to which, for this purpose, they have access, and they must not use them for any other purposes, either for their own benefit, or for cross-referencing with other data they possess.
